Anyway, I received one of this Smead Easy Grip Pocket which helped me organize all the documents I needed during my citizenship interview last Thursday. It is designed with patented Easy Grip with Expanding Pocket to provide twice as much grip as a standard pocket. Requires less gripping force to remove from drawers or shelves. Rollover Tyvek reinforcement for added durability. This is sold in boxes of 25 for $32.45 but if you buy in bulk, the discount price is $29.37
This is what I brought with me when I had my interview and it really made it easier for me to locate every document that the officer interviewer was asking me to provide during the interview process. 
It's easy to organize your documents and very easy to carry as well. In between the slots of the easy grip pocket are the Smead Super Tab Heavyweight File Folders where I slipped the different documents that I need for my naturalization. Those folders are sold in boxes of 50 for $10.20 per box but of course, buying it in bulk means less price you pay. These folders makes easier for labeling your documents as well.
Lastly, I received a box of Smead FasTab Hanging File Folders. This is sold in boxes of 20 for $13.21 per box.
We have been using this kind of folders in our office as shown below. I am glad that I got more because I have to update my files again at the end of this year and these will be a great help in organizing our documents easier.

great way to get organized
I have purchased a few items from them and have been happy with what I have received so far. Building my home office, I am on the hunt for several things.

I like this hanging folder tabs, easier to pull-out and file my documents.

I have several folder type storage in my file cabinet, they just sit in there between the files that hang :) works out really good. I like the tabs too!

It's a lot easier indeed! No more cramming and scrambling when looking at the files. It's organized which I love to do and it can be carried with ease! Is it available here in Davao? This can be used for my choral pieces.. :D

Wait, I need this kind of organizer! Waaaaa! Super kalat na ng paligid ko dito, I definitely would make use of stuff like this. I can't wait for Thanksgiving break so I can use the break in cleaning up!
I also use something similar to it to organize documents here at home.
I like those folders and tabs. I have an accordion file here with our docs but it has a built in tab that you can write on. Cool!
paper organizing is something i have no patience with :) believe me, i can do all sorts of stuff in the house, but, for our paper works here, i delegated it to the husband. i guess, this are what he needs to tidy up or documents.

How nice to have such an organized document file. I've been meaning to organize my big pile of papers on the desk. Would greatly appreciate having a few of those file organizers just about now. :-)
The last thing we need when going out to some gov offices are lost documents :/ that would be a great organizer indeed...
This is really nice. I wish it's available around here. This one could be useful, especially with all these documents.
