This is one of the gifts that my husband gave me for Christmas. I have used this a couple of times making pot roast and stew. This slow cooker is a good addition in my kitchen. A friend of mine gave us a slow cooker before but I have never used it as it was very small. It would be good for a college student who lives in a dorm so I sent it to my sister.

That's a very nice kitchen appliance to have. I remember my mom using our Crockpot slow cooker when I was young. I'm not sure how it's used as I'm not fond of cooking nor even know how to cook. I just wonder why it's called slow cooker. :)

that's a great addition to your kitchen, sis. i want one like that also for my sister who loves to cook. still need to save for it though.
i love this, one of the best inventions ever in the kitchen :) haha, as it makes my life easier cooking, I can put the food in in the morning, go hiking, and when we come back, food is ready :)

paanong magiging easier cooking kung slow cooker ang gamit. LOL joke lang po. But your hubby is so thoughtful and I guess type nya ang masarap mong mga luto. Kapag may bago ka ng slow cooker, send mo rin sa akin yang galit mo ngayon.

I agree! Maganda talagang may crock pot.. We have one, and we LOVE using it!! Napaka-convenient gamitin kase ilagay mo lang lulutuin mo, set the timer, and you're done.. ;) We do our cooking at night before bedtime.. Lalo na yung 8 hours minsan, para pagising namin, lafang na agad.. Hehehe..
