My husband said that he used to smoke cigarettes during his younger  years but  he realized one day that he need to quit and he did. I am glad he made that decision because I couldn't bear  cigarette smoke  all the time.  It's one  of the   factors that triggers my migraine.  Aside from personal  benefits that my husband get in quitting to smoke, it is  also healthy for our kids.  

Above  is a lighter that  he got for free when he ordered Swiss knives on eBay.  He said that the seller threw it in the box for  thanking him of his services in the Navy.
