The white tailed deers at Pittsburgh Zoo. These are the predominant deers around the area. I think that animals in the zoo are safe from dangers in the wild but they look miserable being there too.

All species on earth are amazing! It some times is important to make sure they do not go extinct! Well this certainly is one way to ensure their safety but they really look sad when in cage!

I posted whitetail deer this week too. Except mine weren't in a zoo, they were in my backyard. hehe

we won't be able to see deer if not in the zoo but i think they are really miserable in the photos.
