Weirton Medical Center - Nostalgia # 17

We went to Weirton Medical to visit a friend who gave birth to their first born and seeing this building brings back memories when my wife gave birth to our daughter. It was a scary moment for me because I saw it with my two naked eyes when our daughter's heartbet suddenly stopped.
My wife was dilating really good for a couple of hours and the ephidural was already given. I was sitting beside her, watching the monitor both for her and the baby and when the baby's heartbeat stopped, mine went fast! I hurriedy call the nurse and ask what went wrong. They rushed Rose to the Er and immediately did a C-section operation. t turned out that Rylie's cord wrapped around her neck. That was so close, we almost lost our first born. Glad that od was with us that time!
It is important to pray to God in ever chance we get as He would always protect us from harm.

Wow! that gave me chills. As a parent I can understand what you feel. I thank God for watching over me every time I had my kids, I can endure the pain of pushing, but the pain of losing a child, I don't know if I can bear it.

I could feel your heart also stopped beating when Rylie's heart stopped beating. God is really good, He didn't really take Rylie away, and she is now a grown up girl.. beautiful at that, too!

My Nostalgia post is now up HERE. Happy mid-week!

She had the same with my youngest, when the doctor noticed that Faith's heart beat was beating slowly, my OB rushed me for C section then then found that her cord was wrapped to her neck.
