This is my first time to join the Today's Flower series. For my first entry, I present the flower pic that my wife took when we were still in Korea. This was one of the many flowering plants surrounding our home in Korea. As far as I know, this is the only flower that prompts an allergic response from my body. Although I find this flower to be very attractive, I do my best to avoid them when I can. I am not sure, but I think this is called Hydrangea?

Wherever.. Whatever
It's nice to know that kids can always find something to play with, regardless of where they go. Our little ones discovered this box of toys in the waiting room at the military ID card facility and wasted no time jumping in. I just wish I still this much energy throughout the day.
Hope everyone is having a great week. Our little ones seldom ever get sick but due to the drastic changes in the weather, they are both feeling a little under the weather but you'd hardly notice when you see them play.

Mini Reunion
We were fortunate to get a visit the other day from a first cousin who resides in the beautiful state of Virginia. It has been quite a while since we seen her last. She and her husband were on their way to Ohio to visit some relatives and decided to make a short detour and pay us a visit as well. It was such a pleasure to see them once again.
We had so much fun talking with them and getting caught up on the latest and greatest news with their family and ours.
My sister and Barbara are very close because they grow up together.
My Dad was also very happy to see Barbara and her husband. She is very good about keeping in contact with him by sending him cards for every occasion and calling him on the phone from time to time.
My cousin works at Liberty University in Virginia, a Center for Professional and Continuing Education.
She called us yesterday to ask Rose about a certain University in the Philippines. She noticed that a prospective employee had attended college in the Philippines and worked there for some time and wanted to find out if Rose knew the place, the college, or the professor.
But anyhow, it's good to be able to be reunited once again to relatives whom you seldom see.Hope to see you again soon guys! Have a blessed weekend everyone!

Deer
We drove by West Virginia Northern Community College last Sunday to take a picture of the amazing sunset. We saw this deer looking right at us when we went around the rear of the college to get a better shot. A nice bonus to the beautiful sunset.
Can you see it?
This is just one of the shots that my wife and I took. We will upload more of them later this week.
Thanks for visiting always friends!Air Planes
We went to the Air Force Base yesterday to get our new IDs and while I was inquiring inside, my wife was busy capturing some photos of the planes in the sky.
You can enlarge this photos to see the plane. We wanted to include the American flag in the picture so it got so small.
These two were taken when we were driving home.Happy Friday Follow everyone!

Precious Shadows
Spending quality time with your children is something that you should cherish and do as often as you can because one day the opportunity will be gone and you'll be left with regret. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have grown up with a stay-at-home-mom. She always kept me busy with play and learning.
My wife and I spoke about this type of thing often, even before we had children. She agreed that it would be best if she stayed at home until our kids were older. I am very pleased with her decision. I can do without the material things, that so many trade their lives away for, just to ensure that we are all happy and healthy. After all, your career won't be at your bedside when your time comes but your children and family will be.
I've never had the greatest balance in the world. I am so glad that our daughter's balance is more in tune with her mother's. She really enjoyed testing her balancing skills on this beam.
See that smile of satisfaction?
This one is into climbing into everything.
He fell face-first into a step on this toy and got a bloody nose for his troubles. He cried for a brief moment and then was right back at it again. Do you notice the Lego blocks in his hands? He always has a choice toy that he will carry with him all day. On this day, it was his blocks.
The weather is so crazy in our neck of the woods. Two days ago it was 82 degrees and today it is 42 degrees. Wow, what a difference. It is like nature is teasing us.
Congratulations to the Shadow Shot Sunday for reaching the 100th posts!
Have a blessed Sunday everyone!
